Open Roles
The Head of Humbeys leads the restaurant day to day, manages the team, upholds the standards and makes sure every part of Humbeys runs properly. This role covers service, food quality, team training, rotas, stock, opening and closing, customer experience and overall restaurant performance.
The Humbeys Assistant Manager supports the Head of Humbeys with daily operations, shift leadership, staff training, service standards, stock control, opening and closing. This role is for someone confident, organised and hands-on, who can help lead the team and keep everything running smoothly.
Humbeys Crew are part of the kitchen team. This role includes food prep, cooking, burger assembly, cleaning, stock rotation and supporting the kitchen during busy service. This role includes chefs, prep staff and general kitchen support.
Humbeys Hosts are the face of the restaurant. This role includes welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and keeping the restaurant clean, warm and smooth. This role is for people who are friendly, calm under pressure and care about giving customers a great experience.
